Our Returns and Refund Policy
Cooling off period.
You will be able to return any unused goods within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, the responsibility of returning the item(s) is with the customer. Notification must be received by ourselves in writing no more than 7 days from receipt of your goods. No goods will be accepted back unless you have actioned this and received a reply with a returns number.
Once passed by our returns department as conforming to our returns policies a refund wil be issued within 30 days ( often much sooner ).
This excludes Business to Business transactions which will include all deliveries to Business addresses. In some of these cases, at our discretion we can receive the goods back under the same terms with a 25% handling charge.
Please do not send goods back unless absolutely positive they conform to being unused and fit for resale as brand new, for your goods may be held until payment is made for carriage costs of returning them to you.
If you receive any items incorrectly they will be picked up from you or a returns prepaid stamp will be provided depending on the items value and weight. The correct items will then be delivered to you free of charge by return. (please check orders before sending and make a copy of any emails and invoices for your own reference.)
In the unlikely event that goods are damaged or faulty upon receipt, you must inform us within 24 hrs from signature to claim goods are damaged upon delivery. The goods will then be picked up from you or a returns prepaid stamp will be provided depending on the items value and weight and a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the goods.
Goods deemed to be faulty during the Manufacturers warranty period will need to be returned to us for inspection before any action is taken which we will organise for you at our expense. Should the item be found to be faulty it will be repaired or replaced free or charge.
